Is every adult who will live in the apartment at least 18 years old?
Every adult occupant must be screened individually and meet our rental requirements.
Does each adult applicant have a credit score of at least 650?
Each adult applicant must individually have a minimum credit score of 650.
Does each adult applicant individually earn at least 3× the monthly rent?
Income requirements are evaluated for each adult applicant individually and cannot be combined to meet this requirement.
Can each adult applicant meet our background screening requirements?
All adult applicants are subject to our standard background screening process.
Do you understand that we do not accept co-signers or guarantors?
Each adult applicant must qualify individually. A co-signer, guarantor, or another applicant cannot be used to meet an individual requirement.
Are you able to comply with our smoke-free property policy?
Smoking is not permitted inside our apartments or on the property.
Will you have any pets or assistance animals living with you?
